Unposted Letter - A tribute to YOU Sirji :)

 Dear Shishir Sir,

It has been quite a long time,

People in the staff room are searching for partner in crime,

We talk about you and we end up with no words sometime,

A person who was ever ready to do work all the time, the house of enzyme.

Where did you go brother? leaving us all alone,

No calls, No messages, don't ever you see your phone?

I can understand your pain and the toughness to manage this zone,

But it was you who taught us to smile even in distress, a way we have all grown.

There is no way left out to reach you now other than missing you,

A calm and composed soul, infact in everyone's view,

The ship has become weak my friend, we lost a major memeber of the crew,

I don't know much about you, just that I lost a good friend, an ever helping colleague and a great soul close to me and that is true.

Where ever you are, hope you are fine,

You, your presence and your soul, will always be there and shine,

Can't we meet anyday soon, over a cup of tea or dine?

I am really close to those moments we were there with you, laughter and tears combine.

A tribute to you, Sirji, good people never die they say,

I don't know all these but it will be tough for us to pay,

Your absence will be dreadful, we just want you to stay,

Kawde bhaiya, do meet us if possible, what else can I pray ?
